Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.
Processing Time
All our products are handmade to order or packed carefully in small batches.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
Australia: 3–7 business days after dispatch
New Zealand: 7–14 business days after dispatch
(Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or public holidays.)
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us at waionehuwild@gmail.com
Returns
We want you to love your Waionehu piece.
Because our products are handmade, small variations in colour, texture, or design are normal — these are part of the charm and individuality of each item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty (please remember that our products are handmade as described in the paragraph above), please email us at waionehuwild@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number,
A description of the issue, and
Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll review your claim promptly and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Because our products are handmade, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if there’s a problem or you’re unhappy with your purchase, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.
Return Process
If a return is approved:
We’ll provide return instructions by email.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled and refunded.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
