Change of Mind
Because our products are handmade and often made to order, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions — we’re always happy to help before you buy.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalised items are made especially for you, so we’re unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once work has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Please see Shipping and Returns page for more information on damage and faults.
If there’s an issue with a custom piece, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
