Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Waionehu (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of waionehu.com.au and any purchases made through our website.

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Waionehu

Waionehu is an Australian business that creates and supplies handmade products.

Our website is hosted on Wix, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from Waionehu, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate personal and delivery information.

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

3. Product Information

We take great care to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate.

However, as our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or design may occur — this adds to their uniqueness and is not considered a fault.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).

Payments are securely processed via Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards.

We do not store your payment information.

5. Shipping

We ship orders within Australia and New Zealand using trusted courier or postal services.

Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Waionehu purchase.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Please note:

Because our products are handmade, minor variations or imperfections are not considered defects.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will assess the situation and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted, but we’ll always do our best to assist.

Contact us for returns or enquiries at waionehuwild@gmail.com

7. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled and refunded.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product designs, and branding, is the property of Waionehu and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waionehu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
